Four souls bound by a tendril of smoke
Mezcals An absolute treasure. Soft on the nose, this ensemble of Coyote, Tobasiche, Lumbre and Barril hides its secrets well. But then you sip graceful dry wood smoke, barley and rye. A healthy tang of marinaded red bell peppers opens up the senses to this incomparable dram.

A communion of maize and gunpowder
Mezcals The tangy nose hides the cracked black peppercorns that explode into a soft savoury base at first taste. Smokey maize tortillas wrap around the feisty nopal cactus. This Joven has plenty of oily pearls and uses them to blend the two seamlessly.

The alchemist’s sweet earth
Mezcals A dark succulence of honeyed earth greets the nose. Burnt blackberries greet the tongue at first taste and slowly give way to a creeping salt chipotle treacle tar, coating the taste buds. Comfy and warming for a mellow evening.
