An enticing encounter of three worlds. The most representative mezcals from the Sierra Madre of Oaxaca alongside the best semi-bitter chocolate made from the finest cacao of Chiapas and Tabasco, together with speciality coffees from the municipality of la Merced, in Caldas, Colombia.
Chef Anayency Gómez, Master Mezcalier and Vice-President of the Mezcal and Maguey Academy, and specialist in the fusion of chocolate and mezcal, will present signature recipes from her brand, Ritual, specially prepared with three varieties of the most emblematic productions from Gente de Mezcal. This experience will be accompanied by the best selection of coffees from the recently inaugurated Tertuliadero: “Espresso Macondo” and “Buencamino Coffee”.
