We are introducing three mezcals, our first to be exported to the UK. We present mezcals from the Espadin, Tobalá and Tepeztate magueys, each with its own characteristics and a unique taste experience.
Erika Martinez will show you how to kiss the mezcal while John Coppins offers a unique food pairing to accompany each glass. These small plates are inspired by Mexico and made from seasonal ingredients of the British Isles, a perfect compliment for these exquisite mezcals.
This will be an intimate event, Elliot’s Cafe will be ours for the evening with only a handful of seats on offer. In fact, the whole of Borough Market will be asleep ahead of the Monday rush. If you are reading this, you must be one of the lucky few to have a chance for a seat at the table…
